All Sales Are Final
Due to the high demand and one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
Please review all photos, descriptions, and condition notes carefully before purchasing. Feel free to contact us with any questions prior to checkout. We’re happy to help you make a confident and informed decision.
Resale Assistance Program (Not a Return or Refund)
While all sales are final, we understand that occasionally a piece may not be the perfect fit. In select cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer to help you resell an eligible item back to us.
Please note:The Resale Assistance Program is optional and is not a return or exchange. It is a separate, optional transaction in which we may agree to repurchase an item under specific conditions. If approved, this transaction is treated as a resale, with its own pricing and terms.
Here’s how it works:
If your item meets our eligibility criteria, we may offer to repurchase it at a portion of the original item price (excluding tax and shipping), typically issued back to your original payment method.
Alternatively, we may offer store credit at a slightly higher value. Final offers depend on item condition, demand, and other factors, and are provided at our sole discretion.
Once the item is received and passes inspection, we will issue payment to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
Eligibility Criteria for Resale Assistance:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- The item must pass our stringent inspection and authentication process upon return.
- Earrings and intimate items remain final sale and are not eligible.
This is a discretionary resale service, not a reversal of your original transaction. Resale offers are made at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to decline the service based on condition, item type, or customer history.
If a buyback is approved:
- We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
- Once received and approved, we’ll issue payment via your original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Because we process and ship orders quickly, we do not accept cancellations once a purchase is placed. Once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters our fulfillment workflow, making it difficult to stop or reverse.
In rare cases, a cancellation may be granted at our sole discretion, primarily in the following situations:
- Returning customers with a history of purchases
Even in these instances, cancellation is not guaranteed. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.
For all other orders, once an item is in transit or in the final stages of fulfillment, cancellation is no longer an option.
